[New Artist Alert] RUFF RYDERS own "Drew James"

About a week ago I recieved a phone call from the lil homie [@Da_Grn_Eyed_Kid] who is making big moves with his PR company. The excitement was behind signing RUFF RYDERS new artist that goes by the name of "Drew James" a.k.a HWY 400. The Toronto, Canada native has been making much noise from his home town  that he caught the attention of  the RUFF RYDERS headquarters, yep RUFF RYDERS yall. Although 400 is a new artist he has graced the stages alongside artist like Joe Budden, Obie Trice,Jim Jones just to name a few. The fact that he is a new member of RUFF RYDERS lets you know his presence/delivery/lyrical ability and raw edge is something RYDER proof.
