It's Will.I.Am and Beiber bitch! WILL.I.AM teams up with JUSTIN BEIBER for a track titled "That Power" with visuals provided. Justin went the 2pac route appearing as a hologram singing his lyrics and doing choreography as he's use to. This musical effort will appear on the artist/producers new album titled "WillPower due out this Tuesday April 23rd.
